3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals of all ages. Participants under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian before enrolling in any of our programs. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

4. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• Payment terms and methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session to receive a full refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative session or a full refund.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participation in basketball training and related physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We recommend consulting a physician before beginning any new exercise program.

7. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rewardactivationzone Sports Academy Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
